They are wide angled, so if you were after spotlights, these are not for you.I got these to replace some old, failing lamps and suddenly my kitchen is a whole lot brighter!They're easy to install, compact like the old halogen ones, and (compared with halogen) low power. Because they're wide angled, the room looks even more different as areas that were previously poorly lit are now lit up.
