These LED lights are very bright. I made the mistake of looking at the light directly, not a good idea. However these lights are dimmable so you can tailor the brightness to your needs. The lights also have 3 temperature settings where you can swap between warm/natural/white, the switch to change the setting is on the back of the light so you need to decide on the option you want and set it before installation. The light units are made of strong plastic and have live and neutral power leads ending in a connection block, the wires are 14cm long.I don't currently have any ceiling mounting frames but have found I can buy a set of 6 (GU10/MR16) frames made for these lights on Amazon for £12.99.These are good versatile lights that once installed will provide a modern lighting solution to any home.Since my initial review I now have the ceiling mounting frames for these LED lights, I can confirm they fit like a glove, perfect fit.
