You can start spending your points for members-only rewards at any time. You will find your latest offers and rewards on your account page in ALUSSO online store. Keep an eye out on the website and on your email for more details on the launch date.
Can I Redeem a Reward And Earn Points in the Same Order?
Yes! You earn points on every eligible purchase, so if you're redeeming a reward and shopping more products in addition to that, you will still earn 1 point for every €1 spend.
Can I Share My Points?
Your ALUSSO A+ Family points are yours alone. Once you have your product, it's up to you whether you want to share!
How long does it take to be upgraded?
You'll be upgraded once you reach enough points for each VIP tier. Returning items from your order may affect your upgrade.
Do my points expire?
Your points won't expire but don't earn enough points in certain calendar year may result in VIP level downgrade.
What happens to my VIP tier?
Spending your points won't affect your level, so you can keep levelling up with A+ Family.
